Hotel Equities (HE) has named Adrienne Jubb SVP, business development for the Western U.S.

She brings experience in hospitality, including expertise in operations, feasibility and development, according to the company.

“Adrienne’s industry knowledge, paired with her strong network and ability to identify and act on opportunities, makes her a perfect fit to lead our growth in the West,” said Joe Reardon, chief development officer, HE. “Her leadership and expertise will be instrumental in supporting our initiatives as we continue to build a robust presence in the Western U.S. markets.”

In her role at HE, she will work closely with Ryan McRae, HE’s SVP, business development – Pacific Northwest U.S. and Canada. Corbin Tipton, regional director, business development, Western U.S., will work under her leadership and guidance.

“Adrienne’s exceptional reputation, industry expertise and ability to foster meaningful partnerships set her apart as a dynamic leader in hospitality development,” said McRae. “I’m confident that her leadership and vision will drive growth and strengthen our presence in the West, positioning us for continued success in these competitive markets.”

Her most recent role was with Aimbridge Hospitality as SVP, business development,
and she previously served nearly 10 years with Marriott International and Starwood Hotels and Resorts.
