About your role:
– Oversee the maintenance and repair of all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems within the facility
– Develop and implement a preventative maintenance program to ensure the longevity and efficiency of equipment
– Supervise a team of maintenance technicians and provide guidance and support as needed
– Conduct regular inspections to identify any issues or potential problems and address them promptly
– Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance activities and minimize disruptions to operations
– Create and maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements, and upgrades
– Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to recommend improvements to existing systems

– Strong knowledge of maintenance management principles and practices
– Proficiency in working with high voltage electrical systems
– Experience supervising a team of technicians or tradespeople
– Ability to read and interpret technical schematics and blueprints
– Knowledge of HVAC systems and their maintenance requirements
– Familiarity with low voltage electrical systems
– Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
– Ability to fabricate or repair mechanical components as needed
– Experience in facilities management is preferred but not required
– Solid mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot and diagnose issues effectively

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $63,000.00 – $66,000.00 per year
