Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Guest Service Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable experience at our establishment. You will handle various responsibilities related to guest relations and hotel management, contributing to the overall success of our hospitality services.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Manage reservations and provide information regarding room availability and rates.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions.
- Operate phone systems to handle incoming calls efficiently.
- Assist with night audit processes as needed, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Promote hotel amenities and services to enhance the guest experience.
- Uphold high standards of hospitality management throughout all guest interactions.
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality roles is preferred.
- Familiarity with hotel management software is a plus.
- Knowledge of resort operations and guest relations best practices is beneficial.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable to cater to a diverse clientele.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective interaction with guests.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.75 – $14.25 per hour
