Maintenance Engineer

Duties
– Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery, equipment, and systems
– Conduct inspections to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner
– Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and plumbing problems
– Utilize precision measuring instruments to ensure accurate repairs and installations
– Weld using stick welding techniques to repair metal components
– Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
– Maintain records of maintenance activities using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
– Collaborate with other team members to complete projects and tasks
– Provide excellent customer service when interacting with internal stakeholders

Requirements
– Minimum of 2 years of experience in maintenance engineering or a related field
– Proficient in electrical systems, including low voltage wiring and troubleshooting
– Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and their maintenance requirements
– Ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions
– Experience with precision measuring instruments for accurate repairs and installations
– Familiarity with CMMS software for tracking maintenance activities
– Basic understanding of technical sales principles for equipment procurement
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 – $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
