Hilton Burlington Lake Champlain to Introduce New Restaurant
BURLINGTON, Vermont—Hilton Burlington Lake Champlain, soon to be Hotel Champlain, Curio Collection by Hilton, has announced a culinary partnership with Heirloom Hospitality, helmed by Chef Eric Warnstedt. Together, the hospitality partners will introduce the seafood-focused spot, Original Skiff Fish + Oyster.
