StonePark Capital has revealed that Hotel Cerro in San Luis Obispo, CA, has joined the Autograph Collection by Marriott portfolio following a multimillion-dollar renovation. The landmark hotel features 65 reimagined guestrooms and suites, redesigned public spaces and four on-site restaurants. The property is managed by Azul Hospitality Group.

The property, which was designed by Gensler, features 65 guestrooms and suites. Located in the historic building, the Loft Suites incorporate original features and fixtures, including brick walls and exposed beams and a spacious layout preserve the heritage of the original building and blend it with contemporary style.

Amenities include the 4,000-sq.-ft. SPA Cerro, a rooftop pool, a fitness center and several event spaces, including The Fig Veranda outdoor lounge.
