Qualifications
The ideal candidate for the position of Embassy Suites Hotel Food & Beverage Manager should possess core skills such as food service management, POS knowledge, and hospitality management. Premium skills like inventory management, food preparation, and dining experience are highly desirable. Relevant experience in banquet operations, catering, and hotel management will be advantageous. Strong leadership abilities, excellent customer service skills, and a background in restaurant management are essential for success in this role.

ABOUT YOUR ROLE
You are an expert relationship builder and shows up with a positive attitude to lead your team in daily huddles and celebrate often!
You are responsible for the growth in food & beverage revenues through marketing, sales and promotional activations.
You help support the Catering & Sales Manager in executing events
. You thrive on total guest service satisfaction and communicate these keys metrics to your team on a daily basis
You are an excellent communicator, and ensure that you hold weekly meetings to talk through successes and opportunities with your teams.
You ensure that all F&B team members are properly trained on brand standards and show up ready to work.
You are flexible and adaptable to shifting demands and availble to provide support to your team.
You are not afraid to jump in and help your team when needed and Lead from the marbles.
