KAJ Hospitality has acquired the adjacent Hilton Garden Inn Fargo and Home2 Suites by Hilton Fargo. These properties are the company’s fifth and sixth hotels in the Fargo, ND, area.

“Having operated hotels in the market since 2002, Fargo holds a special place in our hearts,” said Aaron Johnson, chief vision officer, KAJ Hospitality. “These acquisitions allow us to deepen our roots in the community while continuing to deliver memorable guest experiences.”

Located in the Fargo shopping district, Hilton Garden Inn Fargo features 110 guestrooms; a restaurant and bar; six versatile meeting spaces totaling more than 11,000 sq. ft.; and recreational facilities including a fitness center, swimming pool and whirlpool. A forthcoming renovation of all guestrooms and public spaces is planned.

The recently renovated Home2 Suites by Hilton Fargo offers 107 suites with fully equipws kitchens, and amenities such as complimentary breakfast, fitness center and indoor pool.

With these latest additions, KAJ Hospitality now manages a portfolio of 17 Hilton, Marriott and IHG properties across the Midwest. These two hotels join Hampton Inn & Suites Fargo Medical Center, Four Points by Sheraton Fargo Medical Center, DoubleTree by Hilton West Fargo Sanford Medical Center Area and Homewood Suites by Hilton West Fargo Sanford Medical Center Area as KAJ Hospitality-managed hotels in the Fargo metro area.
