Marcus & Millichap has facilitated the sale of the 107-room Holiday Inn Lumberton North – I-95 in Lumberton, NC, for $7.7 million.

“We were able to identify a qualified buyer early in the marketing process given the property’s consistent performance,” said Chase Dewese, first VP, investments, Marcus & Millichap. “The buyer will be able to create additional upside upon completion of the new ownership PIP.”

Dewese, Jack Davis and Joce Messinger, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Charlotte and Charleston office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, SREE Hotels. Donald Gilchrist is Marcus & Millichap’s broker of record in North Carolina.

The Holiday Inn is located on 5.74 acres off Interstate 95. Built in 1990, the property offers an outdoor swimming pool, meeting and banquet facilities and a fitness center.
