Rosewood strengthens global leadership team
Rosewood Hotels & Resorts has made four key appointments to its leadership team, including Jillian Katcher as VP, operations, Americas.
Katcher most recently served as president of Twin Bridges Hospitality, n her new role, she will spearhead operational strategies across the Americas, working closely with regional VP and managing directors to ensure seamless preopenings and cultivate key stakeholder relationships, according to the company.
Based in the Hong Kong corporate office, Natacha Cuvelier joins the brand as VP, CRM, global. Leveraging her experience in marketing transformation and customer-centric strategies from her previous role at Accenture Song, Cuvelier will lead the development and implementation of Rosewood’s global CRM strategy, focusing on enhancing guest experiences through data-driven insights and personalized communications.
Mitchell Laufer has been appointed VP, legal, Americas, based in the Los Angeles corporate office. With a background in complex legal matters and strategic decision-making, Laufer comes to Rosewodd from Irongate Group and will provide guidance across various business units, including development and operations.
Jonne Buijtels assumes the role of VP. legal, EMEAC, based in the Amsterdam corporate office. Buijtels joins the Rosewood team from Sonder, bringing experience in supporting international expansion and managing diverse legal challenges. She will play a key role in providing legal strategy and support for development projects across Europe, the Middle East and the Caribbean.
