Staypineapple enters first management and licensing agreement

Staypineapple Hotels Inc., has sold the Watertown Hotel in Seattle to Sohal Hotels. Staypineapple will now manage the property under its first management and licensing agreement.

Watertown Hotel was built in 2001, became a part of the Pineapple Hospitality portfolio in 2008 and was officially branded as a Staypineapple property in 2013. The 88,500 sq.-ft. property has 100 guestrooms and suites, a fitness center, 1,300 sq. ft. of meeting space, a secured underground parking garage and an attached food and beverage cafe.
